As you guess, RImgGen was written int order to satisfy some necessities for some other scenerios, scrrens, programs vs.
RImgGen is a random text image generator. Random text images are generated by specified charset, lenght, font/back color variant etc. information with an output file which contains unique file name & context doubles. (using for secure log-in etc.)
